Delivery Policy

Capitalised terms used in this document that are not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Core Hosting Terms of Service.

Last revised: January 2026

General Delivery Terms

The services will be provided to the Customer upon receipt of payment for the order in accordance with the terms applicable to the services purchased. The nature of the services purchased and the date of purchase may affect the timing of service delivery. From the moment of conclusion of the Agreement, Core Hosting will start providing the ordered services under condition of observance of the terms defined by these Terms and applicable regulations.

Service Activation Timelines

Services will be activated and delivered to the Customer according to the following timelines:

Shared Web Hosting

Shared hosting accounts are typically activated within 24 hours after payment confirmation. The Customer will receive login credentials and setup instructions via email.

Virtual Private Servers (VPS)

VPS services are typically activated within 24 hours after payment confirmation. The Customer will receive login credentials and IP address information via email.

Dedicated Servers

Dedicated servers are typically provisioned within 24-72 hours after payment confirmation, depending on hardware availability and configuration requirements. Custom configurations may require additional time. Core Hosting will notify the Customer of the expected delivery time.

Colocation Services

Colocation service activation depends on equipment delivery and installation logistics. Timelines are agreed upon individually with each customer based on rack space availability, power requirements, and network configuration complexity. Physical installation is typically completed within 1-3 business days after equipment arrival at the data center facility.

Domain Registration

Domain registration is typically completed within 24 hours after payment confirmation and successful validation. Some top-level domains (TLDs) may require additional verification time. Transfer of existing domains may take 5-7 days depending on the losing registrar's policies and domain transfer authorization procedures.

SSL Certificates

SSL certificates are typically issued within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation and successful domain or organization validation. Extended Validation (EV) certificates may require additional time for comprehensive verification processes mandated by certificate authorities.

Additional Services

Other services such as server management, migration assistance, or custom configurations will be delivered according to timelines specified in the service order or as communicated by Core Hosting support team.

Delivery Method

Services are delivered electronically. The Customer will receive service access credentials, configuration details, and relevant documentation via email to the address provided during registration. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that the email address on file is accurate and that emails from Core Hosting are not blocked by spam filters.

Delivery Delays

Core Hosting will make reasonable efforts to deliver services within the stated timelines. However, delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Payment verification requirements or pending payment processing;
  • Incomplete or incorrect information provided by the Customer;
  • Fraud prevention screening and security verification procedures;
  • Technical issues or hardware availability constraints;
  • Third-party delays (domain registrars, certificate authorities, upstream providers, data center facilities);
  • Requirement for additional documentation or identity verification;
  • Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, strikes, government actions, network outages, or other circumstances beyond Core Hosting's reasonable control.

In the event of a delay, Core Hosting will notify the Customer via email with an updated estimated delivery timeline where possible. Core Hosting is not liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.

Customer Obligations for Service Delivery

To ensure timely service delivery, the Customer must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during the order process;
  • Respond promptly to any verification or clarification requests from Core Hosting;
  • Ensure that payment is successfully processed and confirmed;
  • Check email regularly for service activation notifications and instructions;
  • For domain transfers, provide valid authorization codes and unlock domains at the current registrar;
  • For SSL certificates, complete domain validation procedures as required by the certificate authority;
  • For colocation services, coordinate equipment delivery and ensure compliance with data center requirements.

Customer Acceptance

The Customer has 48 hours from service activation to report any issues with the delivered service. Issues must be reported via the customer portal or support ticket system. Failure to report issues within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the service as delivered.

Acceptance of services does not waive any warranties or guarantees provided by Core Hosting, but affects the timeframe for reporting initial delivery issues.

Service Accessibility

Upon service activation, the Customer is responsible for:

  • Accessing services using the provided credentials;
  • Configuring services according to their requirements;
  • Changing default passwords immediately after first login;
  • Maintaining the security of access credentials;
  • Following any setup instructions or documentation provided.

Cancellation Before Delivery

The Customer may cancel an order before service delivery by contacting Core Hosting support via the customer portal or support ticket system. Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible to prevent automatic service activation.

Refunds for cancelled orders are subject to Core Hosting's Refund Policy. Orders cancelled after service activation but before use may be eligible for refund according to the money-back guarantee period specified in the Refund Policy.

Certain services such as domain registrations, SSL certificates, and software licenses may not be refundable once processed, even if cancelled before full delivery, as these involve third-party providers and immediate costs.

Delivery Confirmation

Service delivery is confirmed when:

  • The Customer receives service activation email with access credentials; and
  • The service is technically accessible and functional according to the service specifications; and
  • The Customer's account in the customer portal reflects the active service.

The Customer should retain all delivery confirmation emails for their records.

Failed Delivery

In rare cases, service delivery may fail due to technical issues, payment problems, or other unforeseen circumstances. If delivery cannot be completed, Core Hosting will:

  • Notify the Customer via email;
  • Explain the reason for the delivery failure;
  • Provide options for resolving the issue or cancelling the order;
  • Process a full refund if the issue cannot be resolved and the Customer chooses to cancel.

Contact for Delivery Issues

If the Customer experiences any issues with service delivery or has not received service activation within the expected timeframe, please submit a support request via the Core Hosting customer portal. Support requests regarding delivery should include the order number and any relevant payment confirmation information.
